On the riverbanks of the Thirr, among the buzy plantations and the strange fungus groves lies a silent war for power. Two Great Houses spy on each other from their side, while the Empire grows each day bigger on the towering streets of Old Ebonheart. Will you take part in these conflicts, or simply wander around and discover the hidden treasures of this uncanny land?
This 200+ hours personal project is a tribute to both my favorite RPG of all time (TES III: Morrowind) and one of the most talented modding community I know: Tamriel Rebuilt. This team has been recreating for the last 21 years the entire dark elves' province, reimagining all the content that was cut during the game's initial development. The map is a complete rendition of Aanthirin, a large region introduced in recent years updates, and the most dense and diverse one in terms of settlements and architecture styles. I recaptured here the aesthetic of the official Morrowind poster map released by Bethesda Softworks within each box, which was appreciated at the time for its uniqueness and extreme attention to details.
